4. Fees and Payment

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, we cannot guarantee approval of any residency or citizenship application. Final decisions rest with the relevant government authorities. Our services include professional guidance and support throughout the application process.

7. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due immediately. We retain the right to terminate services for breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
